Albert Lane and Alice lived in Vassalboro, Maine, (Waterville-Vassalboro Rd. Rt. 100) on a farm with cows, horses. Weldon acquired the farm, and built Lane's Cabins. Had three children. Almost the last house in Vassalboro. Gas station, camps, big house, barn. "The Lane Homestead."
