My father, Thomas, was a farmer on Millay Hill. We called our place "Mountain View Farm".  Daddy had registered dairy cattle, 4 or 5 horses, pigs, hens, sometimes sheep. He had apple orchards and maple groves.  We sold apples and Maple syrup. -Lois Hogan Hodgson
